Espresso Mudslides


Blend the malt whisky flavored syrup and the vanilla ice cream in a blender to form a smooth paste. Pour this mixture into a glass and garnish with hazelnut chocolate sauce. This featured mocktail does not erupt but people will when they see and taste it.

  1. Slowly pour hazelnut chocolate sauce along the sides of the glass to creating the flowing lava effect.
  2. Combine Malt Whisky Flavored Syrup, Vanilla Ice Cream, Espresso and ice in the blender.
  3. Pulse until its smooth.
  4. Pour the Mudslide mixture into the prepared glass. Garnish with whipped cream and top with a mint sprig.
